Simba is 4 years young and very laid back and independent. He loves to bask in the sun and curl up on the couch to sleep. Simba doesn't mind dog brothers or sisters, long as they don't chase him! He doesn't like sharing his bathroom with other cats, so will need to be the only cat. If you are looking for a calm, affectionate cat, this boy would be a purfect addition to your family. He is currently in a foster home until there is room open at our cattery.

Good with Dogs, Good with Cats, Good with Kids

All animals adopted from us will be spayed or neutered, dewormed for parasites, current with vaccines for their age and microchipped. Dogs will have tested negative for heartworms and given monthly heartworm, flea & tick prevention. Cats will have tested negative for FELV OR FIV and given Revolution monthly

 

The general adoption process is as follows:

Once we receive your application, the TLC Animal Rescue Board of Directors will review it to see if the animal you are interested in may be compatible with your family.
Once your application has been screened, we will arrange a meet and greet with you and your family members (including pets) and the animal you are interested in.
During this time, one of our adoption coordinators will be contacting your references and your veterinarian to verify if your pets are spayed/neutered and up to date on vaccines.  If the meet and greet was successful, and any other potential adopters have been ruled out, we will schedule a home check and move ahead with the adoption.
