Meet Sage: Sage is full of life & love! She is a 1 & 1/2 year old American Bulldog mix. She would be great with a family who will walk & play with her everyday! She loves to run, play & be her silly self, however at the day's end, she just wants to snuggle up and snooze in your lap. Sage wants to be the only dog in the house and would probably be best without any little kids (10 & under) since she is a bit clumsy and doesn't always recognize her size. Sage has completed training at Petsmart and is fully crate trained. She is a very smart girl with a heart of gold. Please consider opening your heart and home to Miss Sagey Kay. All animals adopted from us will be spayed or neutered, dewormed for parasites, current with vaccines for their age and microchipped. Dogs will have tested negative for heartworms and given monthly heartworm, flea & tick prevention. Cats will have tested negative for FELV OR FIV and given Revolution monthly

The general adoption process is as follows:

Once we receive your application, the TLC Animal Rescue Board of Directors will review it to see if the animal you are interested in may be compatible with your family.
Once your application has been screened, we will arrange a meet and greet with you and your family members (including pets) and the animal you are interested in.
During this time, one of our adoption coordinators will be contacting your references and your veterinarian to verify if your pets are spayed/neutered and up to date on vaccines.  If the meet and greet was successful, and any other potential adopters have been ruled out, we will schedule a home check and move ahead with the adoption.
