Harper is a gorgeous playful 14 week old pit bull mix. She likes to cuddle with her sister Harley and play with her foster fur sister and brother both. She is a happy go lucky little girl with her tail always wagging. She loves hugs and kisses from her human foster sister who is 6. She is a great listener. She also comes when you call her to you. Harper is high spirited and likes to play fetch. Still learning to bring though. She loves everyone she meets dogs,cat,humans, and little humans. She shares her toys, food, and water with all her foster siblings and sister. She also likes to try and snuggle her feline foster siblings too. She likes kongs with coconut oil and hoofs as well.

All animals adopted from us will be spayed or neutered, dewormed for parasites, current with vaccines for their age and microchipped. Dogs will have tested negative for heartworms and given monthly heartworm, flea & tick prevention. Cats will have tested negative for FELV OR FIV and given Revolution monthly

The general adoption process is as follows:

Once we receive your application, the TLC Animal Rescue Board of Directors will review it to see if the animal you are interested in may be compatible with your family.
Once your application has been screened, we will arrange a meet and greet with you and your family members (including pets) and the animal you are interested in.
During this time, one of our adoption coordinators will be contacting your references and your veterinarian to verify if your pets are spayed/neutered and up to date on vaccines.  If the meet and greet was successful, and any other potential adopters have been ruled out, we will schedule a home check and move ahead with the adoption.
