Harley is a beautiful Pitbull Boxer mix born 4/20/13. Everything you could want, ball full of puppy energy still, but is crate/house trained and knows basic commands. Does well with cats and dogs, but can be dog selective, so a dog meet would be best, He LOVES to play and have fun. Harley would be a great addition to an active family who would take him along for daily activities & love this sweetie pie curled up in bed with them. Harley is currently in a foster home with cats, 2 male dogs & 3 young children. All animals adopted from us will be spayed or neutered, dewormed for parasites, current with vaccines for their age and microchipped. Dogs will have tested negative for heartworms and given monthly heartworm, flea & tick prevention. Cats will have tested negative for FELV OR FIV and given Revolution monthly

 

The general adoption process is as follows:

Once we receive your application, the TLC Animal Rescue Board of Directors will review it to see if the animal you are interested in may be compatible with your family.
Once your application has been screened, we will arrange a meet and greet with you and your family members (including pets) and the animal you are interested in.
During this time, one of our adoption coordinators will be contacting your references and your veterinarian to verify if your pets are spayed/neutered and up to date on vaccines.  If the meet and greet was successful, and any other potential adopters have been ruled out, we will schedule a home check and move ahead with the adoption.
