Tin Tin (formerly Smiley) came to rescue from the cumberland county spca He was a stray who noone reclaimed. Estimated at 6 years old. Brittany Spaniel (possible papillon mix?). His foster mom reports "He's a great little dog! Clearly the poor little guy had a home. He's very well behaved, knows some basic commands & perfectly house trained. He's a sweetheart " He will be evaluated with children. He is doing well with other dogs in his foster home, however, seems to want his space. We will update more as he continues to settle in and become more comfortable!

All animals adopted from us will be spayed or neutered, dewormed for parasites, current with vaccines for their age and microchipped. Dogs will have tested negative for heartworms and given monthly heartworm, flea & tick prevention. Cats will have tested negative for FELV OR FIV and given Revolution monthly

The general adoption process is as follows:

Once we receive your application, the TLC Animal Rescue Board of Directors will review it to see if the animal you are interested in may be compatible with your family.
Once your application has been screened, we will arrange a meet and greet with you and your family members (including pets) and the animal you are interested in.
During this time, one of our adoption coordinators will be contacting your references and your veterinarian to verify if your pets are spayed/neutered and up to date on vaccines.  If the meet and greet was successful, and any other potential adopters have been ruled out, we will schedule a home check and move ahead with the adoption.
