Addie is a year and a half old Calico, and ended up in a local shelter with two kittens in tow. Her kittens are not ready for adoption yet, but Addie is spayed and looking for her new forever home. She was in foster care and got along well with other cats, but was not too keen on dogs. Her foster mom says that Addie is calm, affectionate, friendly, and sweet and would make a great companion. She likes to brush up against her humans to show just how much she likes you. As far as playing, she enjoys laser lights and string toys. Addie is a real beauty, inside and out! All animals adopted from us will be spayed or neutered, dewormed for parasites, current with vaccines for their age and microchipped. Dogs will have tested negative for heartworms and given monthly heartworm, flea & tick prevention. Cats will have tested negative for FELV OR FIV and given Revolution monthly

The general adoption process is as follows:

Once we receive your application, the TLC Animal Rescue Board of Directors will review it to see if the animal you are interested in may be compatible with your family.
Once your application has been screened, we will arrange a meet and greet with you and your family members (including pets) and the animal you are interested in.
During this time, one of our adoption coordinators will be contacting your references and your veterinarian to verify if your pets are spayed/neutered and up to date on vaccines.  If the meet and greet was successful, and any other potential adopters have been ruled out, we will schedule a home check and move ahead with the adoption.
